Disclaimers and important information

We are not a tax, financial or investment adviser regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

All transactions are conducted over the counter with known counterparties that are experts in their respective fields.

Some statements on our site may be forward looking and should not be relied on for transaction-related decisions, as circumstances may change without notice. Contact us with your quote, offer, proposal, and/or inquiry for an expedited review of your case.

Remember that past performance may not necessarily be indicative of future results.

Our business is based on our global contacts and our expertise in international trade and finance, so do not ask us for trade references or expect us to disclose our principals before it is safe to do so, unless prior arrangements with the latter allow for such.

Suppliers wishing to work with us are expected to provide us with a valid quote or offer. They are presumed to be experts in the goods they produce and sell, and are, therefore, responsible for any quality or other shortcomings.

End buyers wishing to work with us are expected to be capable of causing an appropriate financial instrument to be issued to consummate the transaction.

Intermediaries wishing to work with us are expected to have conducted full due diligence on the suppliers and/or buyers they introduce and are expected to have satisfied themselves as to the authenticity of the quote, offer, and/or inquiry presented. Let’s face it, no one has ever made millions by merely forwarding emails. So, let’s roll up our sleeves and get to work!

We do not offer or pay bribes or kickbacks to secure contracts from foreign suppliers or buyers. Disclosed rebates may, however, be considered in some unique cases.

We do not participate in money laundering or terrorist finance schemes and are USA PATRIOT Act compliant, where applicable.

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all transactions are presumed to be subject to the ICC Incoterms 2020 delivery, UCP 600 Documentary Credit, ISP 98 Standby, URC 522 collection, and URF 800 forfaiting rules, as well as Standard Definitions for Techniques of Supply Chain Finance. English Law contract formation rules also apply.
